Our exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. Customers are also responsible for contacting us prior to the 30 days if there have any issues with the items received from their order. If we do not receive notice within 30 days, we are not able to issue a refund or exchange.
We also cannot provide a refund for an order that has already been processed and shipped, because we are unable to change a package's path of delivery after it has been picked up from our office.
