International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping and we usually choose air as shipping transport. 

Customers who wish to purchase the "Insured Worldwide Shipping" option will have their orders insured from lost/damaged packages in transit. Customers that purchased the insurance may receive either a full refund or have the item shipped again at no additional cost. However, if the customer did not purchase the shipping insurance, we will provide a discount code for a new order to cover only the cost of re-shipping.

Customers are also responsible for accurately entering their respective shipping and billing addresses at the time of ordering. We cannot be held responsible for mistakes in shipping addresses. If you believe you may have made a mistake, kindly email us at support@dizzip.shop, and we will be happy to update your address or cancel your order if the order has not already been shipped out.

Processing Time

You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as you place your order. Orders generally take 3-5 business days to ship from our fulfillment centers. 

Tracking Numbers

You'll receive a tracking number when your order has shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to appear.

Due to the worldwide Corona virus outbreak, the delivery time frame is likely to be longer than usual. The delivery time is subject to the actual arrival time. But please don' t worry, generally the arrival time will not surpass 20 days.

However, if you notify us to cancel the order after more than 24 hours, a 10% order cancellation fee will be charged.
